From the 1st of April, BMJ Best Practice will be available to staff throughout YDH, as well as the NHS in England.
BMJ Best Practice is a point of care tool that draws on the latest evidence-based research to offer step-by-step guidance on diagnosis, prognosis, treatment and prevention.

As of the 1st of April 2019, the Library now has access to BMJ Case Reports.
BMJ Case Reports is an educational resource offering a high volume of cases in all disciplines so that healthcare professionals, can easily find clinically important information on common and rare conditions.
BMJ Case Reports can be viewed Here. This resource is available to all YDH members of staff.

As subscribers to the Royal Marsden Manual Online we are able to offer staff at YDH a webinar presented by the editors of The Royal Marsden Manual and supported by real user cases given by a librarian to support nurses through the revalidation process.
It will be held on the 21st of July 15:00-16:00.

Cochrane Clinical Answers is now available to all staff and students at YDH.
Cochrane Clinical Answers covers 32 Clinical Specialties and provide a readable, digestible, clinically focused entry point to rigorous research from Cochrane systematic reviews. They are designed to be actionable and to inform decision-making at the point of care. Each Cochrane Clinical Answer contains a clinical question, a short answer, and an opportunity to ‘drill down’ to the evidence from the Cochrane Review.
